Job Title: Talent Recruiter

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Post vacancy to attract quality staff
• Employ staff based on the company’s requirements to fill new positions
• Schedule interview
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates
• Prepare interview questions
• Prepare job descriptions for every job add and position communication and follow-up with prospective candidates give accurate information regarding the job placement any other assignment that might be given by the management.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should:

• Have at least 3 years post NYSC work experience as a Talent Recruiter
• Must have at least B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences
• The candidate must have good communication skillMarketing and sales skill
• Good in the use of modern technologies
• Must have an IT background and vast in social media usage.
