Job Description
- Our team requires the services of an experienced litigator to lead our litigation team. He/she must have minimum 7 years’ & Above post-call experience with a sound understanding criminal, commercial, corporate and property laws .
Requirements
- LL.B, LLM, BL
- Strong corporate/commercial law skills
- Sound understanding of contract drafting, compliance, franchising, mergers and acquisitions and CAC services
- Well versed in property law in Lagos State and other key states in Nigeria
- Experienced civil litigator
- Conversant with criminal litigation
- Skilled in arbitration
- Extremely detail oriented
- Team player
- Ability to work independently and supervise a team
- Ability to give daily reports via an App
