Job Description

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Motivate team members.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

• Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
• Suggest and organize team building activities.
• Applicants must Reside in Lagos.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experiences.

Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 / month.
