Job Description/Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified team leader to support and manage our team .
The Team Leader will be responsible for the supervision, managing and coordinating the team for the marketing and sales of our company‘s branded Tyres.
Delegate tasks and set deadline for the team
Setting clear team goals and ensure the achievement
Oversee the day to day operation of the Tyre Department
Monitor the team performance and report to the Managing Director
Suggest and organise team building activities
Lead the team to achieve their goals
Searching and following up for new clients and projects that will benefit from company products
Developing long-term relationships with clients through understanding and managing their requirements.
Preparing the reports and activity plans
Ensure that all targets and sales projects are met.
Supervising trade shows, conferences, dealer meetings and other events
Producing support material for the various target groups, intensive product training and travelling within Nigeria..
Reports to the Managing Director.
