Digital Nsurer is an insurance distribution and SaaS company solving the painful problem of long delays in Insurance policy purchase by individuals, customer acquisition & onboarding by underwriters/insurance companies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tech Support Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Set-up user accounts on the application and onboard new users.
  • Real-time transaction monitoring on web and mobile applications.
  • Reconcile and report weekly transaction data
  • Maintain real-time transaction data dashboard.
  • Communicate with end users/system administrators/solution integrators via phone, email, and/or chat to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot their needs, as well as set expectations and deliver guidance on resolving the issue.
  • Apply technical knowledge relevant to the solution using technical documentation and guidance from team members, technical leads, and subject matter experts to research and identify appropriate remediation steps.
  • Deploy updates on the application
  • Train users and managers on application usage.

Requirements

  • Minimum of the first-degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
  • 2-3 years work experience.
  • Familiarity with dashboards and reports.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with 3rd party service providers.
  • Ability to write basic and complex SQL scripts.
  • Experience with Power Apps an advantage.
  • Understanding of Terminal Management System.
  • Ability to review and interpret logs.
  • Advance knowledge in using and setting up real-time monitoring tools.
