Job Title: Technical Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide technical assistance to the CEO and to other Senior Engineers.
Assist in handling technical customer issues.
Redirect customer calls to corresponding engineers and technicians.
Assist and support in repairing electronic items.
Perform tests and repairs on electronic items, equipment and machinery.
Provide technical services to customers on time.
Collect payments from customers for technical services provided.
Keep abreast of the technical developments to provide excellent service to customers.
Adhere to corporate service standards in technical assistant functions.
