West African Vocational Education (WAVE) is a Nigeria-based social enterprise that addresses widespread youth unemployment in West Africa by training underserved but self-motivated youth with industry relevant work skills and crucial employability skills.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Director

Location: Lagos-Ibadan, Express way
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan, and oversees the daily production processes and schedules to ensure products are made accurately and timely to meet customer delivery requirements ;
• Manage, guide, train, support and develop individuals reporting directly to him;
• Organize and facilitate production line activities to ensure conformance to establish requirements regarding quality – GMP, FSMS – Safety, employee- relations, productivity and cost schedule and volume outputs while ensuring that the production team strictly and completely adhered to the manufacturing processes;
• Leads production continuous improvement programs regarding safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and the production environment;
• Demonstrate ownership of and adherence to facility and equipment standards ensuring that production equipment is properly maintained, repaired or replaced to ensure production down time is minimized;

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
