Job Title: Technical Sales Account Manager (Enterprise Solutions)

Location: Lekki Phase One, Lagos

Job Description

The role will require you to be customer focused and have a good understanding of client IT requirements.
Applicants must have existing relationships theyhave sold to within our Target Organizations (Financial Service Instititions and Government)

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing new customers
Be able to develop strategic account plans and build positive and productive relationships with clients especially key decision maker
Understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
Develop business proposals and organize product presentations for clients.
Work in compliance with company standards and business processes.
Maintain and grow existing client base
Conduct customer account analysis
Complex relationship management
Achieve individual sales target
Track record Commission and/or Awards, Accolades on sales
Ability to acquire new client bases
Ability to up-sell and cross-sell
Strong focus on acquisitions
Understanding of IT services and solutions and a familiarity with IT terminology
Sales Process background
Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner
