Job Description

Educate customer about what the company is offering and guide them through the application process.
Identify credible customers and their line of businesses.
Gathering information from customers about their location and demographic to improve lead generation strategies in the future.
Answer questions about the company’s app and explain its features to customers.
Keeping track of already contacted contacts, and when last the contact was made.
Execute marketing calls to existing and potential customers.
Ensure to verify the phone numbers of both the customer / guarantor.

Requirements
