Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Lagos

Requirements / Job Description

2 years experience in marketing or more.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Research, outreach and partner with estate agents, property managers and landlord to provide the company’s service.
Strengthen customer relationships while attracting new ones.
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the CEO to achieve revenue goals.
Set up and oversee our business development team .
Manage the entire company’s sales cycle from start to finish
Hitting agreed sales KPIs
Generate and develop a pipeline of new / existing sales leads
Develop strategies to upsell and cross sell additional products & services
Maintaining up to date records of client interactions via our CRM.
