Job Brief

We are looking to hire an eloquent and intelligent telesales representative to be responsible for generating sales for our organization.

Responsibilities

Reach out to staff members to inform them about a product or service.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Excellent customer service
Keep up to date on all product knowledge and information.
Pursue promising leads with ethical persuasion and persistence.
Handle tactfully customers grievances.
Understand customers’ needs and meet a sales quota.
Respond to staff members via channels assigned to you.

Requirements and Skills

OND
Minimum of 2 years work experience in telesales or customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to use personal creativity and initiative to solve problems.
Fluency in English and other Nigerian languages.
Willingness to work weekends, occasional holidays and outside of standard 9-5 business hours.
Ability to handle rejections.
Team player with a friendly and patient personality.
Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
Ability to successfully manage stressful conditions.
Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
