We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Client Relations Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Manage and execute inbound and outbound mailing list
- Acknowledge all inbound mails and RFQs and forward request to relevant departments
- Manage the company’s reception area, ensuring it is conducive and suitable for clients and other external parties
- Build and maintain relationship with clients and key personnel within customer companies
- Manage internal and external corporate communications of the company
- Manage the company’s online brand identity, including the website and social media platforms
- Ensure optimal presence of company’s brand on social media platforms
- Responsible for effective online/digital marketing
- Create, develop and implement digital marketing tools and strategy
- Maintain steady contacts with clients across all departments
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Conduct periodic business process reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with quality of products and services
- Manage and maintain up-to-date database of customers and KYC documentation
- Ensure effective management of key accounts by ensuring regular communication and maintaining record of clients
- Liaise with new and existing clients to identify service needs
- Monitor company performance against service level agreement and flagging potential issues
- Escalate and resolve concerns raised by clients
- Monitor and compute comprehensive database of competition and market trend
- Be alert to changes within client companies
- Alert the Business Development and marketing teams to opportunities for further sales within client companies.
