We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Transactions Reconciliation and Chargeback Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Ensure wrong postings of transactions are reversed
- Handle settlement complaints (Shortages and Non-settlement)
- Respond and process chargeback dispute/ resolution
- Ensure daily settlement of transactions on VISA & Master Card.
- Handle settlement of all POS & Card Transactions
- Reconcile all POS Accounts / WEB transactions against merchants
- Settlement, Reconciliation and Dispute Management
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a degree qualification with 0-3 years work experience.
