Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for communicating with users, handling their complaints and collecting feedback.
- Communicate user issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the user experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Building strong relationships with core users and conducting user surveys.
Job Requirements
- Candidates with Internet operating experience preferred.
- Willing to learn and work hard, strong sense of responsibility, confident, and awareness of team needs.
- Chinese Speaking Preferred.
