Job Summary

We are seeking for Operations Officer in Search of a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) from the current 21B batch of corpers.

Responsibilities

Oversee the valet operations across our various locations
Monitor valet staff and ensure sufficient staff for managing volume business
Assist the Valet Supervisor in the smooth running of valet and parking department
Handle and resolve all customer service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain the department records, establish files and prepare memoranda and reports for the department managers
Conduct reconciliation with the finance team for the valet staff across all our existing locations
Create proposals for new valet leads
Provide and develop innovative ideas and strategies towards the growth of the valet arm of the business
