Vikings activate Adam Thielen from reserve/COVID-19 list
All signs point to Adam Thielen being back on the field for the Minnesota Vikings in Week 13.
Minnesota activated Thielen from the reserve/COVID-19 list on Wednesday. Thielen was on the reserve/COVID-19 list last week and was forced to miss the Vikings’ 28-27 victory over Carolina.

Thielen is tied for second in the NFL with 11 touchdown receptions. He ranks second on the Vikings in catches (49) and receiving yards (646). Thielen was coming off his best game of the season with eight receptions for 123 yards and two scores against Dallas before sitting out vs. Carolina.
Additionally, the Vikings signed long snapper Andrew DePaola to the active roster. DePaola has played the last two games for Minnesota. Long snapper Austin Cutting, a seventh-round pick by the Vikings in 2019, was released Tuesday.
The Vikings also signed cornerback Tae Hayes to the practice squad. He was released by Miami on Nov. 23.
Minnesota (5-6) will battle Jacksonville (1-10) at 12 p.m. Sunday.
