Job Description

Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to Members / Guests
Greet Guests and build rapport by asking questions and initiating conversation
Practice teamwork by helping co-workers achieve Service Excellence
Check with Members to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct problems when they arise
Present bills to Guests and settle payment to cashier PROMPTLY
Present Menus to Members and answer questions about Menu items.
Advice on choice of food and drinks when required
Clear dishes, Plates and Glasses from tables and counters and return to kitchen promptly
Ensure adherence to correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual
Keep general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas (equipment, tools fixtures) tidy at all times.
Clean all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
