Naszberech Limited – Our client, a newly established Guest House located in the city area of Port Harcourt is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Location: Rivers

Job Description

Provides excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
Take accurate food and drink orders
Prepares tables by setting up linens, silverwares and glasses.
Communicates order details to kitchen staff.
Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations.
Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems..

Requirements

Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate or OND
At least one year experience in hospitality industry.
Effective communication and customer Service Skills
Strong presentation skills
Abilities to organize
Strong written and verbal communication.
Attentiveness and patience for customers.
Excellent people skills, ability to build rapport, business acumen and exemplary work ethic and integrity
Must be smart, active and have a strong ability to handle work pressure
